LXR-like Receptor
Liver X receptors (LXRs) and farnesoid X receptors (FXRs) are members of the steroid analog-activated nuclear receptor subfamily, which form heterodimers with members of the retinoid X receptor family. There are two closely related isoforms of each of these enzymes; α and β .
Products for LXR-like Receptor
- Cat.No. Product Name Information/Activity
-

Fexaramine
Fexaramine is a small molecule farnesoid X receptor (FXR) agonist with 100-fold increased affinity relative to natural compounds.
-
BCC3790
GW3965 HCl
GW3965 hydrochloride is a potent and selective liver X receptor (LXR) agonist with EC50s of 190 and 30 nM for hLXRα and hLXRβ , respectively.
-
BCC4500
GW4064
GW 4064 is a potent FXR agonist with an EC50 of 65 nM.

BCC1178
T0901317
T0901317 is a potent and selective agonist for LXR and FXR, with EC50s of 50 nM and 5 μM, respectively[1,2]. T0901317 induces its anti-proliferative and cytotoxic effects via an LXR-independent mechanism. T0901317 significantly suppresses cell proliferation and induces programmed cell death in a dose- and time-dependent manner. T0901317 can protect mice from high fat diet-induced obesity and insulin resistance.
-
BCC4273
LXR-623
LXR-623 is a brain-penetrant partial LXRα and full LXRβ agonist, with IC50s of 24 nM and 179 nM, respectively.
