Pricing & Payment Terms

1. Our standard payment term is usually 100% T/T in advance. Please contact our customer service team or email us for current bank account information before making a payment.
2. PayPal payments can be made to purchase@biocrick.com .
3. For long-term customers and distributors that have signed an agreement with BioCrick, the applicable payment term may be Net 30 days.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

Unless otherwise specified, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotional codes.

Bulk Orders & OEM

BioCrick manufactures many of the products it sells and can provide pricing options for bulk orders, including OEM-related requirements.

Delivery & Shipping

1. For customers paying 100% T/T in advance, delivery is normally arranged within 1–3 days after payment is received.
2. For customers with Net 30 payment terms, delivery is normally arranged within 1–3 days after receipt of the purchase order.
3. If requested products are temporarily out of stock, replenishment will be arranged and customers will be informed of the expected delivery status by email or telephone.
4. The standard shipping and handling fee is USD 50 and is prepaid and added to the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Packages and products should be inspected promptly after receipt. Any damage, shortage or product defect should be reported to BioCrick as soon as possible by email or fax.
6. Free delivery is available for orders with a total value exceeding USD 2,500, subject to applicable shipping terms.

Returns & Refunds

BioCrick provides a 365-day return and refund policy for eligible purchases. Customers who are not satisfied with a product may contact BioCrick regarding a return within 365 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and reviewed.

1. Contact BioCrick at +86-28-8543-3893 before returning any product. Returned items should be in their original packaging and in the same condition as originally purchased.
2. After shipment, provide the tracking number and purchase order number to BioCrick.
3. Refunds are processed after receipt of the returned package. Depending on the payment method and financial institution, refunds may take approximately 7–14 business days.
