Mitosis

Mitosis is a highly complex and regulated sequence of events that occurs exclusively in eukaryotic cells and produces two identical daughter cells from a single parent cell. It is split into five phases; prophase, prometaphase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase.

  1. Cat.No. Product Name Information/Activity
  2. BCN2292 Vinblastine Sulfate Vinblastine sulfate is a cytotoxic alkaloid used against various cancer types. Vinblastine sulfate inhibits the formation of microtubule and suppresses nAChR with an IC50 of 8.9 μM. Vinblastine Sulfate chemical structure
  3. BCN2542 Vincristine sulfate Vincristine sulfate is an antitumor vinca alkaloid which inhibits microtubule formation in mitotic spindle, resulting in an arrest of dividing cells at the metaphase stage. It binds to microtubule with a Ki of 85 nM. Vincristine sulfate chemical structure
  4. BCN2288 Vinorelbine Tartrate Vinorelbine (ditartrate) is an anti-mitotic agent which inhibits the proliferation of Hela cells with IC50 of 1.25 nM. Vinorelbine Tartrate chemical structure
  5. BCC3874 Wortmannin Wortmannin (SL-2052; KY-12420) is a potent, selective and irreversible PI3K inhibitor with an IC50 of 3 nM. Wortmannin also blocks autophagy formation, and potently inhibits Polo-like kinase 1 (PlK1) and Plk3 with IC50s of 5.8 and 48 nM, respectively. Wortmannin chemical structure
