Pelargonidin-3-O-glucoside chloride cyanidin-3-O-galactoside chloride penetrate only the outer part of the external lipid layer of liposomes composed of erythrocyte lipids, DPPC, DPPC/cholesterol and egg lecithin lipids, changing its packing order; they have antioxidant activity, was comparable with the activity of Trolox.
