Studies on enriched yield of wedeliatrilolactone A and B in Wedelia trilobata by macroporous resin[Reference: WebLink]

To enrich the yield of Wedeliatrilolactone A and wedeliatrilolactone B (WTA and WTB) from Wedelia trilobata (L.) Hitchc.
METHODS AND RESULTS:
WTA and WTB were determined by gas chromatography and their eluting ratio and purities were analysed by determining their contents in different fractions eluted from D 101 macroporous resin. The eluting ratio of WTA and WTB was increased up to 90% and their contents were 4 01%~4 09% in 50% alcohol fraction.
CONCLUSIONS:
WTA and WTB can be separated by D 101 macroporous resin.
