Microtubule

Microtubules are cylindrical tubes of 20-25 nm in diameter. They are composed of protofilaments which are in turn composed of α - and β -tubulin polymers. Each microtubule is polarized; at one end α -subunits are exposed (-) and at the other, β -subunits are exposed (+).

  1. Cat.No. Product Name Information/Activity
  2. BCC1775 Monomethyl auristatin E Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE; SGD-1010) is a synthetic derivative of dolastatin 10 and functions as a potent mitotic inhibitor by inhibiting tubulin polymerization. MMAE is widely used as a cytotoxic component of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) to treat several different cancer types. Monomethyl auristatin E chemical structure
  3. BCC8040 MPC 6827 hydrochloride Verubulin hydrochloride (MPC-6827 hydrochloride) is a blood brain barrier permeable microtubule-disrupting agent, with potent and broad-spectrum in vitro and in vivo cytotoxic activities. Verubulin hydrochloride (MPC-6827 hydrochloride) exhibits potent anticancer activity in human MX-1 breast and other mouse xenograft cancer models. Verubulin hydrochloride (MPC 6827 hydrochloride) is a promising candidate for the treatment of multiple cancer types. MPC 6827 hydrochloride chemical structure
  4. BCC3826 Nocodazole Nocodazole is a rapidly-reversible inhibitor of microtubule. Nocodazole binds to β-tubulin and disrupts microtubule assembly/disassembly dynamics, which prevents mitosis and induces apoptosis in tumor cells. Nocodazole inhibits Bcr-Abl, and activates CRISPR/Cas9. Nocodazole chemical structure
  5. BCC3819 Noscapine HCl Bradykinin antagonist. Also tubulin inhibitor Noscapine HCl chemical structure
  6. BCN4650 Paclitaxel Paclitaxel is a naturally occurring antineoplastic agent and stabilizes tubulin polymerization. Paclitaxel can cause both mitotic arrest and apoptotic cell death. Paclitaxel also induces autophagy. Paclitaxel chemical structure
  7. BCN2292 Vinblastine Sulfate Vinblastine sulfate is a cytotoxic alkaloid used against various cancer types. Vinblastine sulfate inhibits the formation of microtubule and suppresses nAChR with an IC50 of 8.9 μM. Vinblastine Sulfate chemical structure
  8. BCN2542 Vincristine sulfate Vincristine sulfate is an antitumor vinca alkaloid which inhibits microtubule formation in mitotic spindle, resulting in an arrest of dividing cells at the metaphase stage. It binds to microtubule with a Ki of 85 nM. Vincristine sulfate chemical structure
  9. BCN2288 Vinorelbine Tartrate Vinorelbine (ditartrate) is an anti-mitotic agent which inhibits the proliferation of Hela cells with IC50 of 1.25 nM. Vinorelbine Tartrate chemical structure
  10. BCC7568 XRP44X 729605-21-4 XRP44X chemical structure
