Adrenergic Transporter

Adrenergic transporters (NET) are sodium- and chloride-dependent members of the solute carrier family 6 (SLC6) widely distributed throughout the brain within noradrenergic neuronal plasma membranes. They are responsible for re-uptake of adrenalin and noradrenalin.

Products for Adrenergic Transporter

1. Cat.No. Product Name Information/Activity
2. BCC5033 Amitriptyline HCl Amitriptyline hydrochloride is a dibenzocycloheptene-derivative tricyclic antidepressant (TCA). Amitriptyline HCl chemical structure
3. BCC7925 Bicifadine hydrochloride 66504-75-4 Bicifadine hydrochloride chemical structure
4. BCC5901 BTS 54-505 hydrochloride 84484-78-6 BTS 54-505 hydrochloride chemical structure
5. BCC5943 Cocaine hydrochloride 53-21-4 Cocaine hydrochloride chemical structure
6. BCC7553 Desipramine hydrochloride Desipramine hydrochloride is an inhibitor of norepinephrine transporter (NET), 5-HT transporter (SERT) and dopamine transporter (DAT) with Kis of 4, 61 and 78,720 nM, respectively. Desipramine hydrochloride chemical structure
7. BCC3773 Duloxetine HCl Duloxetine hydrochloride ((S)-Duloxetine hydrochloride) is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) with a Ki of 4.6 nM, used for treatment of major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Duloxetine HCl chemical structure
8. BCC7123 Indatraline hydrochloride 96850-13-4 Indatraline hydrochloride chemical structure
9. BCC7402 Lofepramine Lofepramine (Lopramine) is a potent tricyclic antidepressant and is extensively metabolised to Desipramine. The antidepressant activity of Lofepramine stems from the facilitation of noradrenergic neurotransmission by uptake inhibition. Lofepramine may also potentiate serotoninergic neurotransmission by inhibition of the neuronal uptake of serotonin and the enzyme tryptophan pyrrolase. Lofepramine has significant anxiolytic efficacy in addition to its antidepressant properties. Lofepramine chemical structure
10. BCC4329 Maprotiline HCl Maprotiline hydrochloride is a selective noradrenalin re-uptake inhibitor and a tetracyclic antidepressant. Maprotiline HCl chemical structure
11. BCC7267 (±)-McN 5652 Potent, orally active 5-HT uptake inhibitor. Also inhibits noradrenalin and dopamine uptake in vitro (±)-McN 5652 chemical structure
