Adrenergic β1 Receptor

The adrenergic β 1 receptor (β 1-adrenoceptor) is a member of the adrenergic receptor group of G-protein-coupled receptors that also includes α 1A, α 1B, α 1D, α 2A, α 2B, α 2C, β 2 and β 3. They are located primarily in the CNS, heart, coronary artery, kidney and muscle.
