Products with Anti-inflammatory bioactivity

Cat.No. Product Name
BCN3183 Platycodigenin
1. Platycodigenin has in vitro anti-proliferative activity against the HSC-T6 cell line.
BCN3187 Viscidulin II
1. Viscidulin II can significantly suppress P. acnes-induced IL-8 and IL-1β production in THP-1 cells, concomitant intradermal injection of viscidulin II with P. acnes can effectively attenuate P. acnes-induced ear swelling, and decrease the production of IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in ear homogenates; suggests that it can be potential therapeutic agents against P. acnes-induced skin inflammation.
BCN3188 Skullcapflavone II
Skullcapflavone II is a flavonoid derived from Scutellaria baicalensis, a widely used herbal medicine in anti-inflammatory and anticancer therapy in Korea. Skullcapflavone II may have therapeutic potential for the treatment of allergic asthma.
BCN3194 Neobavaisoflavone
Neobavaisoflavone, exhibits inhibitory activity against DNA polymerase and platelet aggregation, it also has striking anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effects, Neobavaisoflavone can significantly inhibit the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS), reactive nitrogen species (RNS) and cytokines: IL-1β, IL-6, IL-12p40, IL-12p70, TNF-α in LPS+IFN-γ- or PMA- stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages.
BCN3198 Corylifol A
Corylifol A is a naturally occurring potent inhibitor of hCE2 and UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 1A1 (UGT1A1); it could be the potential uncouplers of neuronal nitric oxide synthase-postsynaptic density protein-95. Corylifol A displays cytotoxic activity against HepG2 and Hep3B hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines, with IC50 values of 4.6 and 13.5 ug/ml, respectively. Corylifol A has antiinflammatory activity, it shows an inhibitory effect on IL-6-induced STAT3 promoter activity in Hep3B cells with IC50 values of 0.81 ± 0.15 uΜ, it also inhibits STAT3 phosphorylation induced by IL-6 in Hep3B cells.
