Cancer Research

Cancer is a term used to define a group of diseases in which abnormal cells divide without control, are able to invade neighboring tissues/organs and metastasize. Cancer has been characterized by six hallmarks; self sufficiency in proliferative growth signals, insensitivity to growth inhibitors, evasion of apoptosis, limitless replicative potential, ability to develop blood vessels (angiogenesis), and tissue invasion and metastasis.

  1. Cat.No. Product Name Information/Activity
  2. BCC5616 3PO 13309-08-5 3PO chemical structure
  3. BCC2191 AZD1480 AZD-1480 is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of JAK1 and JAK2 with IC50s of 1.3 nM and <0.4 nM, respectively. AZD1480 chemical structure
  4. BCC7994 CHC 28166-41-8 CHC chemical structure
  5. BCC7089 Combretastatin A4 Combretastatin A4 is a microtubule-targeting agent that binds β-tubulin with Kd of 0.4 μM. Combretastatin A4 chemical structure
  6. BCC2347 Fumagillin Fumagillin(NSC9168) is a complex biomolecule and used as an antimicrobial agent. Fumagillin can inhibits HIV‐1 infection through the inhibition of HIV-1 viral protein R (Vpr) activity. Fumagillin chemical structure
  7. BCC7132 Herbimycin A Antiangiogenic. Inhibits Src family kinases and Hsp90 Herbimycin A chemical structure
  8. BCC4914 Itraconazole Itraconazole (R51211) is a triazole antifungal agent and a potent and orally active Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway antagonist with an IC50 of ~800 nM. Itraconazole potently inhibits lanosterol 14α-demethylase (cytochrome P450 enzyme), thereby inhibits the oxidative conversion of lanosterol to ergosterol. Itraconazole has anticancer and antiangiogenic effects. Itraconazole chemical structure
  9. BCC5355 Roquinimex Roquinimex (Linomide; PNU212616; ABR212616) is a quinoline derivative immunostimulant which increases NK cell activity and macrophage cytotoxicity; inhibits angiogenesis and reduces the secretion of TNF alpha. Roquinimex chemical structure
  10. BCC7458 OGT 2115 OGT 2115 is a potent, cell-permeable and orally active heparanase inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.4 μM. OGT 2115 has anti-angiogenic properties (IC50 of 1 μM). OGT 2115 also inhibits heparan sulfate degradation activity. OGT 2115 chemical structure
  11. BCC1287 P005091 P005091 is a selective and potent inhibitor of ubiquitin-specific protease 7 (USP7) with an EC50 of 4.2 μM. P005091 chemical structure
