Cancer Research
Cancer is a term used to define a group of diseases in which abnormal cells divide without control, are able to invade neighboring tissues/organs and metastasize. Cancer has been characterized by six hallmarks; self sufficiency in proliferative growth signals, insensitivity to growth inhibitors, evasion of apoptosis, limitless replicative potential, ability to develop blood vessels (angiogenesis), and tissue invasion and metastasis.

BCC3826
Nocodazole
Nocodazole is a rapidly-reversible inhibitor of microtubule. Nocodazole binds to β-tubulin and disrupts microtubule assembly/disassembly dynamics, which prevents mitosis and induces apoptosis in tumor cells. Nocodazole inhibits Bcr-Abl, and activates CRISPR/Cas9.
-
BCC3819
Noscapine HCl
Bradykinin antagonist. Also tubulin inhibitor
-
BCC6408
SBE 13 HCl
SBE13 Hydrochloride is a potent and selective Plk1 inhibitor, with an IC50 of 200 pM; SBE13 Hydrochloride poorly inhibits Plk2 (IC50>66 μM) or Plk3 (IC50=875 nM).
-
BCC2874
Tos-Arg-OMe.HCl
TAME hydrochloride is an inhibitor of anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C or APC), which binds to APC/C and prevents its activation by Cdc20 and Cdh1, produces mitotic arrest.
-
BCN4650
Paclitaxel
Paclitaxel is a naturally occurring antineoplastic agent and stabilizes tubulin polymerization. Paclitaxel can cause both mitotic arrest and apoptotic cell death. Paclitaxel also induces autophagy.
-
BCC6189
TC-S 7005
TC-S 7005 is a Polo-like kinases (Plks) inhibitor with IC50s of 4 nM, 24 nM and 214 nM for Plk2, Plk3, and Plk1, respectively.
-
BCC2911
H-Cys(Trt)-OH
2799-07-7
-
BCN2292
Vinblastine Sulfate
Vinblastine sulfate is a cytotoxic alkaloid used against various cancer types. Vinblastine sulfate inhibits the formation of microtubule and suppresses nAChR with an IC50 of 8.9 μM.
-
BCN2542
Vincristine sulfate
Vincristine sulfate is an antitumor vinca alkaloid which inhibits microtubule formation in mitotic spindle, resulting in an arrest of dividing cells at the metaphase stage. It binds to microtubule with a Ki of 85 nM.
-
BCN2288
Vinorelbine Tartrate
Vinorelbine (ditartrate) is an anti-mitotic agent which inhibits the proliferation of Hela cells with IC50 of 1.25 nM.
