Cell Cycle
The cell cycle consists of a regulatory network of proteins that controls the order and timing of cellular proliferation events. It is divided into four stages, G1-S-G2-M. The G1 and G2 stages stands for 'GAP 1' and 'GAP 2' respectively. The S stage stands for 'Synthesis' and is the stage when DNA replication occurs. The M stage stands for 'mitosis', and is when nuclear and cytoplasmic division occurs, halving the genome.

- Cat.No. Product Name Information/Activity
-
BCC2417
WR 1065
WR-1065 dihydrochloride can protect normal tissues from the toxic effects of certain cancer drugs and activate p53 through a JNK-dependent signaling pathway.
-
BCC5580
BMH-21
BMH-21 is a small molecule DNA intercalator that binds ribosomal DNA and inhibits RNA polymerase I (Pol I) transcription; does not cause phosphorylation of H2AX.
-
BCC2406
CP 31398 dihydrochloride
p53-stabilizing agent
-
BCC2409
MIRA-1
Restores mutant p53 activity; proapoptotic
-
BCC2411
PhiKan 083
PhiKan 083 is a carbazole derivative, which binds to the surface cavity and stabilizes Y220C (a p53 mutant), with a Kd of 167 μM, and a relative binding affinity (Kd) of 150 μM in Ln229 cells.
-
BCN4037
Piplartine
Piperlongumine is a natural alkaloid isolated from Piper longum Linn, possesses ant-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiangiogenic, antioxidant, antitumor, and antidiabetic activities. Piperlongumine induces ROS, and induces apoptosis in cancer cell lines. Piperlongumine shows anti-cardiac fibrosis activity, suppresses myofibroblast transformation via suppression of the ERK1/2 signaling pathway.
-
BCC2413
PRIMA-1
PRIMA-1 (NSC-281668) is a mutant p53 reactivator, restores the sensitivity of TP53 mutant-type thyroid cancer cells to the histone methylation inhibitor 3-Deazaneplanocin A.
-
BCC2414
PRIMA-1MET
PRIMA-1Met restores wild-type conformation and function to mutant p53, and triggers apoptosis in tumor cells. PRIMA-1Met also targets the selenoprotein thioredoxin reductase 1 (TrxR1), a key regulator of cellular redox balance.

BCC2212
INO-1001
3-Aminobenzamide (PARP-IN-1) is a potent inhibitor of PARP with IC50 of appr 50 nM in CHO cells, and acts as a mediator of oxidant-induced myocyte dysfunction during reperfusion.
