A new diterpenequinone named Danshenxinkun D was isolated from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. The structure of Danshenxinkun D (C_(20)H_(21)O_4) mp. 178~180℃ was put forward as (Ⅰ) by spectral analysis. The compound was shown to have antituberculosis H_(37)Rv activity in vitro.
