Metastasis

Metastasis is the spread of cancer from the primary neoplasm (tumor) to distant organs. As primary tumors can often be removed by surgery and radiation it is metastases that contribute to the majority of morbidity and mortality associated with cancer.

  1. Cat.No. Product Name Information/Activity
  2. BCC3826 Nocodazole Nocodazole is a rapidly-reversible inhibitor of microtubule. Nocodazole binds to β-tubulin and disrupts microtubule assembly/disassembly dynamics, which prevents mitosis and induces apoptosis in tumor cells. Nocodazole inhibits Bcr-Abl, and activates CRISPR/Cas9. Nocodazole chemical structure
  3. BCC3819 Noscapine HCl Bradykinin antagonist. Also tubulin inhibitor Noscapine HCl chemical structure
  4. BCN4650 Paclitaxel Paclitaxel is a naturally occurring antineoplastic agent and stabilizes tubulin polymerization. Paclitaxel can cause both mitotic arrest and apoptotic cell death. Paclitaxel also induces autophagy. Paclitaxel chemical structure
  5. BCN2292 Vinblastine Sulfate Vinblastine sulfate is a cytotoxic alkaloid used against various cancer types. Vinblastine sulfate inhibits the formation of microtubule and suppresses nAChR with an IC50 of 8.9 μM. Vinblastine Sulfate chemical structure
  6. BCN2542 Vincristine sulfate Vincristine sulfate is an antitumor vinca alkaloid which inhibits microtubule formation in mitotic spindle, resulting in an arrest of dividing cells at the metaphase stage. It binds to microtubule with a Ki of 85 nM. Vincristine sulfate chemical structure
  7. BCN2288 Vinorelbine Tartrate Vinorelbine (ditartrate) is an anti-mitotic agent which inhibits the proliferation of Hela cells with IC50 of 1.25 nM. Vinorelbine Tartrate chemical structure
  8. BCC7568 XRP44X 729605-21-4 XRP44X chemical structure
  9. BCC4375 (-)-Blebbistatin (-)-Blebbistatin is a selective inhibitor of the ATPase activity of non-muscle myosin II. (-)-Blebbistatin chemical structure
  10. BCC7195 (R)-(+)-Blebbistatin (+)-Blebbistatin is the inactive enantiomer of (–)-Blebbistatin. (–)-Blebbistatin is a selective inhibitor of myosin II ATPase. (R)-(+)-Blebbistatin chemical structure
  11. BCC7169 (±)-Blebbistatin Blebbistatin is a selective non-muscle myosin II (NMII) inhibitor, promotes directional migration of corneal endothelial cells (CECs) and accelerates wound healing, and better preserves cell junctional integrity and barrier function. (±)-Blebbistatin chemical structure
