Analysis of taxanes in Chinese yew planted in Xinxiang by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography

Various taxanes in the leafs of Chinese yew planted in Xinxiang were analyzed by means of reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC).It was found that the content(mass percent,n=4) of various taxanes including 10-deacetyl baccatin III,baccatinⅢ,7-xylosyl-10-deacetyl cephalomannine,7-xylosyl-10-deacetyl taxol,7-Xylosyl-10-deacetyltaxol C,10-deacetyl taxol,cephalomannine,and taxol in the leafs of Chinese yew planted in Xinxiang was 0.011%,0.012%,0.011%,0.053%,0.012%,0.031%,0.036%,and 0.040%.
