Study on flavones of Epimedium sagittatum.

To study the chemical constituents in the whole plants of Epimedium sagittatum.The constituents were repeatedly separated and purified with silica gelcolumn and HPLC,and identified by spectral methods.Nine compounds were isolated from n-BuOH parts,were icariin(Ⅰ),sagittatoside B(Ⅱ),2″-O-rhamnosylicariside II(Ⅲ),epimedoside A(Ⅳ),sagittatoside A(Ⅴ),Maohuoside B(Ⅵ),epimedin A(Ⅶ),epimedin B(Ⅷ),epimedin C(Ⅸ).Compounds Ⅵ were isolated from E.sagittatum for the first time.
