Intracellular Signaling

Cell signaling (cell signalling in British English) is part of any communication process that governs basic activities of cells and coordinates all cell actions. The ability of cells to perceive and correctly respond to their microenvironment is the basis of development, tissue repair, and immunity, as well as normal tissue homeostasis. Errors in signaling interactions and cellular information processing are responsible for diseases such as cancer, autoimmunity, and diabetes. By understanding cell signaling, diseases may be treated more effectively and, theoretically, artificial tissues may be created.

  1. Cat.No. Product Name Information/Activity
  2. BCC6015 (Z)-4-Hydroxytamoxifen 4-Hydroxytamoxifen is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). (Z)-4-Hydroxytamoxifen chemical structure
  3. BCC4488 Raloxifene HCl Raloxifene hydrochloride (LY156758 hydrochloride; LY139481 hydrochloride) is a second generation selective and orally active estrogen receptor modulator. Raloxifene hydrochloride produces estrogen-agonistic effects on bone and lipid metabolism and estrogen-antagonistic effects on uterine endometrium and breast tissue. Raloxifene HCl chemical structure
  4. BCC4382 Tamoxifen Citrate Tamoxifen Citrate (ICI 46474) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) which blocks estrogen action in breast cells and can activate estrogen activity in other cells, such as bone, liver, and uterine cells.Tamoxifen Citrate is a potent Hsp90 activator and enhances the Hsp90 molecular chaperone ATPase activity. Tamoxifen Citrate activates autophagy and induces apoptosis. Tamoxifen Citrate chemical structure
  5. BCC7451 Y 134 849662-80-2 Y 134 chemical structure
  6. BCC1063 Letrozole Letrozole is an aromatase inhibitor with an IC50 of 1-13 nM. Letrozole chemical structure
  7. BCC4370 Anastrozole Anastrozole is a potent, highly selective aromatase inhibitor, which inhibits human placental aromatase with an IC50 of 15 nM. Anastrozole chemical structure
  8. BCC7761 Endoxifen Endoxifen Z-isomer is the most important Tamoxifen metabolite responsible for eliciting the anti-estrogenic effects of this drug in breast cancer cells expressing estrogen receptor-alpha (ERα). Endoxifen chemical structure
  9. BCN5499 Genistein Genistein, a soy isoflavone, is a multiple tyrosine kinases (e.g., EGFR) inhibitor which acts as a chemotherapeutic agent against different types of cancer, mainly by altering apoptosis, the cell cycle, and angiogenesis and inhibiting metastasis. Genistein chemical structure
  10. BCC7608 RU 58668 151555-47-4 RU 58668 chemical structure
  11. BCC7224 (R,R)-THC 138090-06-9 (R,R)-THC chemical structure
